The Billing management software is design specifically for Organization or Businesses which uses various criteria/assumptions in arriving at the amount payable for a particular service or job rendered to them on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly bases. The system is user friendly, parameter driven  and menu driven. The System have been designed in such a way that many parameters/questions are used by the system in arriving at the billing generated amount for every organization, business or individuals. The system is also designed in such a way that it makes availability and communication of required information to the targeted audience possible at the right time when needed. Security of the information is also considered during the design of the system as we all know that information access is hierarchical. Before you can use the system you must be a valid user with valid user name and password. The Permission level granted to you by the administrator of the system decides the type of information available to you whenever you log into the system.

This customized version we are proposing for your organization will assist in the generation of monthly bills dues for each property in Lagos as per the Waste Management Services provided by Lagos State Government to all properties in the states. 

This proposed system uses information such as Local government area of the property, the ward, the street, the property type ( flats, duplex, bungalow, face me I face you), property uses ( residential, business, recreational, or mixed), income class of the area ( High income or low income), the ward. It should also be noted that many other conditions can still be included  at any point in time.
